 FULLTEST HT 4050 - this multifunctional instrument is intended for the high-precision and reliable measurement of different parameters of electrical networks. Instrument makes it possible to carry out measurements with the stress to 4000 [v] ACE, 50 Hz, controlling all parameters (insulation resistance, stress, the time of measurement, power). Instrument is prepared according to the standard IEC of 1010 -1
